We understand how important it is to receive your favorite products on time and without worry. That’s why you can count on all pre-order items actually arriving at our warehouse, ensuring your order is processed safely and reliably.

All pre-order products on our website are carefully selected by us to be added to our assortment. So, you don’t need to worry that we only order these items if there is enough demand.

Unlike some of our competitors, we always place an actual order with our suppliers regardless of the number of pre-orders or the level of demand. This way, you are guaranteed a reliable delivery. For us, that’s simply the standard.

We are collectors ourselves, and that’s exactly why we know how frustrating it is when a pre-order gets canceled because of “too little interest.” We hate that just as much as you do.

Read below to learn everything about how our pre-order process works. We’re happy to explain what you can expect and how we make sure your shopping experience is smooth, clear, and reliable.

  1. Your Pre-order Payment
    When placing a pre-order, the full amount will be charged. Don’t worry this amount is reserved while waiting for your desired product to be delivered. And if you later decide to cancel the pre-order, the amount will be immediately refunded within 14 days.
  2. Cancellation of Pre-orders
    You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has been shipped. Please contact our customer service to request a cancellation. No cancellation fees apply. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.
  3. Refunds
    If you cancel a pre-order, we will process a refund within 14 days to the original payment method used when placing the pre-order. The amount will be refunded to the account from which the original payment was made.
  4. Release Updates
    We strive to keep you regularly informed about any changes to release dates or other relevant updates related to your pre-order. Keep an eye on your email, as we will send updates to the email address you provided when placing the pre-order.
  5. Stock Management
    We do our best to have enough stock to fulfill all pre-orders. However, in some cases, demand may exceed our expectations and stock may be limited. In such cases, pre-orders will be processed in the order they were placed. If it is not possible to fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
  6. Does your order contain pre-orders?
    We recommend placing pre-orders separately in a different order. We ship all products as soon as they are available for delivery. However, if the total amount of your order exceeds €150, we will ensure that the pre-orders are shipped in partial deliveries. This way, you can already receive most of your order while we make sure the pre-order items are shipped to you as soon as possible. If you happened to overlook this, please contact customer service and we’ll see what we can arrange. (This only applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg).
  7. What if I placed two (or more) separate orders that together total €150, and some products are already in stock?

    In that case, we’re happy to make an exception. We often notice this ourselves and send the in-stock items separately to you. But of course, it can happen that we overlook it. In that case, just send us an email and we’ll make sure that the in-stock products are shipped to you right away. (This only applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg).

  8. From June 15, 2025, we are adjusting the pre-order discounts.
    The price you currently see listed with the product is the actual pre-order price (including discount). Once the product is in stock, we will apply the market price. Don’t worry: we regularly run great promotions and discounts, so keep an eye on our shop! 😊

  9. Please note: discount codes and coupons cannot be used on pre-orders.
